10+ years of relevant experience. Isaac has extensive experience sourcing debt and equity for complex (and simple) capital structures. His experience spans commercial and residential real estate investment and development projects across the UK, Germany and Spain. Isaac has structured joint ventures with specialised principal investment teams at development banks, multi-family offices and UHNWs. He has completed on over £500 million of acquisitions for various investors. Isaac graduated from the European Business School in London. He speaks English, Spanish, Farsi and Hebrew.
