With over 15 years of real estate experience, Charlie is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor who began his career with Berkeley Homes as a land buyer. He now specialises in sourcing and delivering debt and equity. Before joining Blackbear, Charlie spent 6+ years with Topland’s Structured Finance team. He has funded a diverse range of deals, including hotels, leisure, mixed-use developments, offices, residential projects and retail parks across the capital stack and successfully completing numerous land and infrastructure deals to date.
